1. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Rebrandia Coaching provides life and identity coaching services. This is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of licensed mental health treatment.

• Gabby is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or medical professional, and nothing on this Site, in our coaching sessions, workshops, retreats, or any content we publish (including our blog, "The Rebrand Journal") should be understood as professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice.
• Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship intended to support personal growth, mindset shifts, and goal achievement. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services in your area.
• We strongly encourage clients who are managing a diagnosed mental health condition to work with a licensed provider, in addition to or instead of coaching, as appropriate for their situation.

2. No Professional or Guaranteed Outcomes

Coaching, workshops, retreats, blog content, and any other services or content offered by Rebrandia Coaching are provided for general informational, educational, and motivational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or change in your life, business, relationships, or wellbeing as a result of engaging with our content or services. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Content Is General, Not Individualized Advice

Blog posts, social media content, workshops, and any other publicly available material from Rebrandia Coaching are general in nature and are not personalized advice for your specific situation, unless delivered directly to you within a paid 1:1 coaching engagement. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information found on this Site or in our content, and Rebrandia Coaching is not liable for any outcome, loss, or harm resulting from your reliance on such content.

4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By engaging with our Site, coaching services, workshops, or retreats, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebrandia Coaching, Gabby, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, participation in coaching, workshops, or retreats, or reliance on any content we provide
• This includes, without limitation, any personal, financial, emotional, physical, or business outcome you experience following your engagement with us

5. No HIPAA Obligation

Because Rebrandia Coaching is a coaching practice and not a licensed healthcare provider, we are not subject to the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or equivalent healthcare data-security regulations. Any information you choose to share with us — including through application or intake forms — is handled according to our Privacy Policy, but is not subject to the specialized technical safeguards required of licensed medical or mental health providers. 9. Payment & Engagement Terms

Specific pricing, packages, and engagement terms for 1:1 coaching, executive coaching, corporate workshops, and retreats are discussed and agreed upon individually and are not published on this Site. Any deposits, cancellation policies, or refund terms will be communicated directly and, where applicable, formalized in a separate signed agreement (including any applicable NDA for executive engagements).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles, given that Rebrandia Coaching is operated from Strasbourg, France.
