MEET GABBY

I didn't find this work. I lived my
way into it.

My story isn't a neat narrative with a clear beginning and end. It's a series of rebirths — each one harder than the last, each one more clarifying. And every single one of them is the reason I can sit across from you and say:
I know this path. I've walked it.

I had two choices: slowly die in a life I knew wasn't mine, or burn it all down and rebuild from the ground up. I chose the rebuild. I always do.

There is nothing more powerful than being in full control of your life and how you feel in it.
WHERE IT BEGAN

High-functioning. Deeply struggling.

From the outside, I had everything together. I was driven, ambitious, high-achieving — the kind of person who showed up fully even on the days I was falling apart on the inside. What most people didn't know was that underneath all of that, I was carrying the weight of childhood trauma that had quietly shaped every relationship, every decision, and every version of myself I had ever tried to become.

I was diagnosed with C-PTSD and PTSD — not as someone who had fallen apart, but as someone who had learned to function brilliantly in spite of it. For years I sought help through traditional therapy. And for years, I sat in those rooms feeling like something essential was still missing. The talk wasn't reaching the places the trauma actually lived.

So I went back to school. Not because I wanted a new career. Because I wanted to fix myself — and I was determined to understand exactly why what I had tried wasn't working, and what would.

I immersed myself in clinical psychology, trauma studies, somatic healing, and early childhood development. I became my own most rigorous case study. And slowly, methodically, I developed a protocol that did what years of traditional therapy couldn't — it reached the nervous system, the body, the subconscious, the identity. The places where trauma actually lives.

And once I knew it worked, I couldn't keep it to myself.

THE JOURNEY

A life of rebrands.

THE BEGINNING

Building success on a foundation that needed healing

High-achieving, driven, and quietly carrying wounds most people never saw. I learned early to perform at a high level regardless of what was happening inside. That resilience would later become one of my greatest strengths — but first, it needed to be understood.

THE EDUCATION

Going back to school and finding the world's best teachers

I didn't just pursue a Master's degree. I went on a relentless pursuit of every piece of knowledge that could help me understand — and heal — what traditional therapy had never touched. I studied Clinical Psychology at the graduate level, diving deep into trauma studies and early childhood development, then enrolled in PhD studies hungry to go even further. I trained in Mindfulness and Meditation at the Insight Meditation Society under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and even spent a month living and learning with Buddhist monks at a monestary in the South of France. I studied Interpersonal Neurobiology directly with Dr. Dan Siegel. I learned trauma healing and addiction with Dr. Gabor Maté. I trained in Polyvagal Theory with Deb Dana and Dr. Stephen Porges — the neuroscientist who developed it. I was trained in Buddhist Psychology by Tara Brach. Piece by piece, I assembled a methodology that no single institution could have given me — one that works at every level of the human system simultaneously.

2016 - 2021

Building a million dollar business and pioneering c-PTSD recovery coaching

I became one of the first coaches specifically focused on c-PTSD recovery, creating a protocol that hundreds of women used to reclaim their lives from complex trauma while attracting a powerful community of over 150k self-healers on the internet. The business grew beyond anything I had imagined, reaching seven figures in sales and landing me in leading publications and television programs where people wanted to know about my methods. I was doing the most meaningful work I had ever done. And then, because all of this was so new and unfamiliar, I expanded too fast and moved in directions that weren't aligned with who I was, and it came apart. The collapse that followed would become the greatest teacher of all.

2021 - 2023

Bali. The darkest night. And the beginning of everything real.

After all of that, I turned within. I traveled to the deepest parts of myself and began really asking the tough questions: who am I now? What do I want my life to be? What do I need to change in order to get there? Will I be able to withstand the pain that will come with starting again? One day, after doing years of these explorations and spending time tending to my broken heart and fractured soul, I decided it was time to finally put my new plan in motion. I was going to face what scared me the most and begin again from absolutely nothing. With a clear vision, I packed two suitcases, ended a seven-year relationship and called off an engagement that I knew was not for me, and I moved to Bali. I went through the darkest night of my soul — the kind that only comes when you've burned everything down and you're standing in the ash wondering if the rebuild was worth it. It was. A few months later I found myself again — but I wasn't the same version. It was me...but reinvented and reimagined. Not the girl who needed healing, but the girl who had healed. More aligned, more grounded, happier and more empowered than I had ever felt.

And then the soulmate I had been visualizing and calling in appeared. This is the man who would become my husband. I recognized him instantly and knew my life was about to be everything I had dreamed about and more.

2023 - NOW

France. A daughter. A thriving business. A dream life entirely built from scratch.

Today I can confidently look back and say that I made the right choices. They led me to periods that were grueling and scary and upending... but all of those transitions and releases were part of the plan to get here. I stood in the fire to forge the life I knew I deserved to live, and it was worth it. And I didn't do it blindly. I had a PLAN and the tools I had learned from my extensive years of studying the mind and body to help me navigate the path ahead. Now I live in France with my French husband, our two-year-old daughter, and a beautiful community of friends who feel like family. My business is thriving and I have the privilege of working with some of the most incredible humans on the planet. From celebrities and CEOs to the everyday person looking to completely transform their lives, I have the honor of guiding them through their journey...and through this work I get to embody and live in my purpose.  I have tears in my eyes at least once a day when I think about this life and it never would have happened without the work. The Rebrand Method worked for me more than once. But this last rebrand was the ultimate one.

Are you ready for yours?

THE PROOF

Everything I teach, I have lived. Every tool I use, I have used on myself.

The Rebrand Method isn't a framework I found in a textbook. It's the synthesis of everything I studied, everything I survived, and everything I discovered in the space between who I was and who I knew I could be. I've rebranded my life multiple times. Each time, it asked everything of me. Each time, it gave me back more than I knew was possible.

That's what I bring to every session, every workshop, and every program. Not theory. Lived transformation — guided with clinical precision and the kind of deep compassion that only comes from having walked the path yourself.

TRAINING & CREDENTIALS

The education behind the experience.

I went back to school because I refused to accept that what I had tried wasn't working. What I found in those years of study gave me the clinical foundation to understand exactly why trauma behaves the way it does — and exactly how to work with it at the level where real, lasting change actually happens.

Living the dream I almost gave up on.

There was a version of me that genuinely could not have imagined this life. Not because it seemed impossible — but because I hadn't yet done the work to believe I deserved it. That version of me was capable, driven, and quietly drowning. She showed up for everyone and everything while slowly disappearing inside herself. I know her well. And she's the reason I do this work.

The life I live now was not handed to me. It was built — deliberately, painfully, and with every tool I had. I stood in the fire of complete uncertainty and chose to stay in it long enough to come out the other side forged into something new. And what's on the other side is something I want you to really hear: life doesn't happen to me anymore. I am the architect of every experience, every moment, every choice. I am an active creator of my own happiness — and that shift, from passenger to driver, is the most profound transformation the work creates.

Today I live in northern France with my French husband — my best friend, my biggest supporter, a man who loves me like I am the most precious thing in his life, who isn't threatened by my success or my shine, and who shows up with kindness, laughter, hugs and adventures every single day. We are raising a daughter together who is getting the childhood I always dreamed of giving — calm, secure, full of love, with a father who shows her what a healthy, loving man looks like. Our home is one of the most peaceful places I have ever existed in. I didn't know life could feel this way. Now I can't imagine it any other way.

My business is thriving — and more than that, it's deeply, profoundly fulfilling in a way I didn't know work could be. I get to be the person who walks people out of misery and into their happiness. From celebrities and CEOs to the everyday person who simply knows this isn't the life they're meant to be living — I have the honor of guiding them through their journey. I watch them rise. I watch them find love, find their dream careers, move to places they always wanted to live, stop feeling depressed and anxious and alone, and start genuinely recognizing their worth. Even after the work is done, they send me messages — new babies, new partners, new careers, new chapters. Those messages make me cry every single time. I am overwhelmed with gratitude that people trust me with their precious, irreplaceable lives. And I don't take a single moment of that trust lightly.

The contrast between then and now is something I will never take for granted. Not the location, not the relationship, not the success — but the feeling. The feeling of waking up and recognizing your own life. Of moving through the world as the version of yourself you always knew existed somewhere. I spend my days with my family, my friends who are also doing the work, doing things that genuinely serve my soul. That feeling is available to you. It's not reserved for people with a certain background or a certain level of courage. It's reserved for people who are willing to do the work. And if you've made it this far on this page — I think that might be you.

What I believe about transformation.

These aren't just principles I teach.
They're the convictions I rebuilt my own life around.

01

Transformation happens in the body first

You can't think your way out of patterns that were never created by thinking. Real change requires working at the level of the nervous system — where trauma is stored, where identity is held, and where healing actually begins.

02

You are not your history

Everything you've been through has shaped you — but none of it defines what's possible from here. The version of you who has the life you want already exists. The work is simply closing the gap between who you've been told you are and who you actually are.

03

The work has to be worth it

I don't believe in transformation for its own sake. I believe in transformation that leads somewhere — to a life that feels genuinely yours, to relationships that nourish you, to a version of yourself you're proud to inhabit. That's what we're building toward. Always.
